For in stock inventory items are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Expect 4-5 business days for your order to arrive. When placing a pre-order (or back-order) with Katie's Vault, please note that all items in your cart will ship together with the pre-ordered item. For example, if a pre-order item is scheduled to ship in three weeks, the entire order will ship at that time. If you would like non-pre-order items to ship immediately, please place them in a separate cart and complete a separate checkout. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.
